CES project – results from 2004-2010

Grafy, které lze prohlížet na této stránce, informují o průběžných výsledcích projektu CES v České republice v letech 2004-2010. Zobrazeny jsou druhové indexy početnosti a produktivity, tedy meziroční vývoj početnosti a produktivity jednotlivých druhů. Údaje jsou uvedeny v % relativně vůči výchozímu roku (2004). Zobrazené grafy jsou pouze informativního charakteru, určené pro kroužkovatele a další zájemce o problematiku a pro popularizaci programu CES. Upozorňujeme, že tyto výsledky neumožňují další odbornou interpretaci (chybí např. informace o počtu lokalit, vhodnosti metodiky pro daný druh apod.). V případě zájmu o publikování či interpretaci výsledků programu CES důrazně doporučujeme kontaktovat koordinátora na adrese (cesczechringing.com). Uvádění zdroje informací (SSKSNM/KSNM/CES) při jakémkoli využití výsledků zde publikovaných považujeme za samozřejmost. Indexy početnosti byly vypočteny log-lineární poissonovskou regresí v programu TRIM (Pannekoek & van Strien 2001) s ošetřením chybějících hodnot, sériové korelace a overdisperze.

Figures on this page show the results of CES ringing in Czechia in 2004-2010. For each species, the annual population and productivity  indices are shown. The values are  given as percentage of baseline data from 2004. The figures have only informative character, and are intended for ringers and ornithologists and for promotion of the CES project. Note that these results do not allow for further scientific interpretation (e.g. information on the number of sites, suitability of the method for each species etc. is missing). In case you are interested in data utilization and publication, please contact the CES project coordinator (cesczechringing.com). Citation of the source (SSKSNM/KSNM/CES) is required in any case of data utilization. The annual population indices were produced using the log-linear poisson regression in the TRIM software (Pannekoek & van Strien 2001), taking into account missing values, serial correlation and overdispersion.
